All other issues will be put on hold due to the necessity of covering to DJS13, pushes to the repository maybe on hold due to the sheer amount of changes need to be made

Migration has been done for now, some commands/systems have been removed. Music System is currently ineffective, will fix it once I learn and understand the new voice library

Migration has been committed, the music system is deprecated due to YouTube's copyright issues and slash commands have been put into place. Most likely, I will attempt to remake a lot of the regular commands right now with slash commands.
