This game doesn't pass the CIC/region check. I might also assume it wouldn't work after that due to missing real-time clock emulation, which is only used by this game if I recall correctly.

This also applies to all English translation patches for the game as well.

Tested on the latest version of Gadolinium on Windows 10.
