Make sure all template variables that 's-Hertogenbosch is using are available as template variable

We are deprecating signal, status and location, but 's-Hertogenbosch is using:

• status.text -> migrated to status_text
• signal.category_assignment.category.parent.name -> ?

Also check for other template variables that are not available yet.
