Searching e-mailadres or phone number gives wrong results

The searchbar "Zoeken op meldnummer" can also be used to search for the e-mailadres or phone number of the melder.
I do not know where exactly this goes wrong. The number of results show "10" but the actual result list with signalen show only 7 signals.
Users who are not authorised for every subcategorie often mis results in the list but the number (so far) appears to be always correct.
I am, however, authorised for all subcategories so the list of results should be the same as the number of results found.
This is not the case.
Steps:
- Go to our acceptance environment
- Search for "a.vansomeren"
- Number of results is 10
- List of actual results/signals is only 7
Same goes for phone number.
- search for "0612345789"
- Number of results is 5
- But only 4 signals are shown
Could you find out what is causing this inconsistency?
