Rewarded Video has gone why not remove it?

com.google.android.gms.ads.reward.RewardedVideoAd has been replaced by com.google.android.gms.ads.rewarded.RewardedAd
In version 6.0.0 we started using the new RewardedAd, but this plugin's methods and classes did not change for Godot. They could be renamed to match the new RewardedAd, since RewardedAd does not always have video.
