Doesn't work on macOS 13 Ventura (Beta)

I installed the app via Homebrew and removed the Gatekeeper quarantine.

brew install fawkes
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Fawkes.app

When I now try to start the app, it instantly closes with the following error (visible when launching it via the terminal).

[1]    72861 illegal hardware instruction  /Applications/Fawkes.app/Contents/MacOS/Fawkes

My machine is an M1 Mac mini on macOS Ventura Beta 2.

I downloaded the DMG on Ventura 13.2.1 and it fails to open, with this dialog, even after allowing in Prefs.
