Push codes of video colorization

I would like to push my source codes into video directory soon...I need to do refactoring.

I pushed training codes in this directory. However, there are mainly two things to do for running training code precisely: pushing the data preparation code and adding the description about sepration.txt.

I'll do these two things as soon as possible. Sorry.
