`zpool` is not always located at `/usr/sbin/zpool`

As the title already states, the zpool binary might not be laying in /usr/sbin/zpool. In Debian 11 it is located at /sbin/zpool. However, it is hard-coded to that location in

system_sensors/src/sensors.py
