Add a ban system

As you can see in the above image, some players have farmed a lot which is not good! So there should be a ban system so players will avoid doing these kind of things again and it will help to keep pewpew fun for a long time too!
Things which are expected to be added
- A ban command which is accessible for mods/admins
- A new field in player data containing ban information
- A way to store ban information incase the players are not directly accessible from rooms
It's been there since a long time, but just for the purpose of logging; there's a temporary hack-fix that would remove every player from leaderboard. Wouldn't reset their player data if needed though.
