Popup on hover increase limitless dom nodes

Bug Report
Steps
Each time you hover a popup component dom nodes begin to increase and they are never deleted.
Expected Result
When popup is not showing on your app, dom nodes used should be deleted.
Actual Result
Dom nodes are never deleted
