Document usage with webpack

I'm having trouble adding semantic-ui (with my own custom theme) to webpack. There should be an alternative way to use semantic, where webpack invokes the semantic gulp watch task, or a webpack config which does everything the gulpfile.js does.

I'd be happy to give it a shot if it's welcome.
