Rail size examples do not work

We're building out Stardust (Semantic-UI-React) and noticed the Rail size examples do not change the size of the Rail content. This is because the examples use a ui segment as the content. Both the sized Rail and the Segment use rem font-size values for sizing. So the Rail changes to the font-size do not affect the Segment 1rem size.

I'm not sure if the fix here is to make Segments use em font-size when children of Rails, or to update the docs to not use Segment children in Rail size examples.
