add the ability to filter notifications by collection

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
i end up turning on notifications for many channels, so i think it would be nice to do it for a whole collection.
Describe the solution you'd like
a filter in settings allowing notifications to be enabled/disabled by collections. that way, the notifications would change for all the channels that are in that list rather than doing this individually.
Additional context
when enabling the option "filter notifications by collection", the "filter notifications by channel" would be disabled and the other way around. something like this:
