Integrate other livestreaming platforms

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be a killer feature if users could see all their livestream platforms in one extension

Describe the solution you'd like

• Login to multiple platform accounts
  • Perhaps a new view on the settings to manage accounts
• Get livestreams followed from all enabled platforms
  • v0 could aggregate all livestreams into the current view but later versions could 'view by platform'
