bundle being rejected due to alm-examples section

At first thought this was a bug with operator-sdk and raised

operator-framework/operator-sdk#4547

But then realised it only happens in packagemanifests-certified and not in packagemanifests.

Seems to be caused by the packagemanifests-certified.sh shell script that replaces the non-certified image names with the RCR equivalents
