Looked into this ticket with @sheri_jennings@tsco.org ( https://seed-company-squad.monday.com/users/36490858-sheri_jennings-tsco-org ) and @andre Turner ( https://seed-company-squad.monday.com/users/37419707-andre-turner ) . According to what is in the workflow ( https://github.com/SeedCompany/cord-docs/wiki/Workflow-%7C-Project#step-4--pending-consultant-endorsement ) document and the API code the current workflow is what is expected to happen.
If there needs to be a change to the workflow there will need to be a conversation with the correct people first.
