CF-Digital Bible Library - Publish request form

Requestor: Chris Guthrie

Seed Co is now working with Digital Bible Library to publish completed written translations (future may include audio, apps) previously managed by SIL. Our Partners or FPMs will need to submit a request to the technology team (current process google forms) with specific language information, project information etc. Seed company then does checks in Paratext, once all issues are resolved, the request is submitted to DBL.

The DOMO team is currently working with DBL to receive Seed Co publishing data for reporting purposes. A DOMO card currently exists.

!. Move form to Cord
2. Allow Partners and Project team (Seed co) permission to create form
3. Auto populate any data required in the form that already exists in CF
4. When user updates a written translation complete (progress), prompt user to initiate DBL request (tbd)
-complete= consultant check complete
5. Allow user to request submit revision request for previously published books (future may include partial books)
6. Capture submission time and date (send to DOMO with project/engagement info)
7. Export form to PDF, send to F technology team
8. Future- digitally send request (workflow tbd)
