Explanation of Progress

Add the ‘Explanation of Progress’ reason to the Engagement Progress Modal on the Investor Dashboard.
This should only be the option selected from the pick-list in Cord Field, do not include the Note text field that accompanies it.

zkhin we don't have this in the Figma designs but I'll get a wireframe uploaded here. The only issue we'll run into is that field isn't coming through the API yet.
