For variant user based on role should see their input at the top according to design. Users input should show expanded and at the top, all other inputs should be collapsed vs currently all are expanded and shown in opposite order.
Background, Partner will only see partner input box, translator will see only partner and translator with translator on top and partner below, fpm will see their expanded input box with translation, then partner below, etc
