maybe try some currently working woofers and c what changes it makes and apply it to your project if it isn't already included.
simply load the two registry files into the tool and it will highlight any differences between the two files.
free and paid registry comparison tools available, such as:
Registry Compare (included with Windows)
Beyond Compare
WinDiff
RegShot
also check out DMIEDIT.exe
