Again this is a way to keep track of one of my to do items. But I think a good way to go about an in game tutorial for the minigames is a-la FNV with holotapes the player can read whenever they want. So I will write this holotape as if it were pre-war. Then the gambling NPC's will offer them for sale. I will keep my ideas for the body of the holotape in this thread for reference later.
