[Bug]: GeoGebra 5 bumped from 5.0 to 5.2

Prerequisites

• I have written a descriptive issue title.
• I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed.
• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

Expected/Current Behaviour

Getting latest 5.2 version but right now we're getting latest 5.0 version

Steps to Reproduce

scoop install geogebra5

Possible Solution

Update the manifest to the new version
