Convert to a custom module

Thanks for creating this excellent tool!

I just wanted to suggest converting the code to a custom module, it would enable users to install the addon by running a single command.

php artisan module:install Scifabric/invoiceninjashoppingcart --type=github

We have an active channel on our Slack group to help with any developer questions.
