20180919 DAC causes sound problem very loud volume levels

Without DAC sound volume is fine, but when switching to DAC every game has only extremely high levels of volume. There's one quiet volume you can barely hear then extremely loud then almost headphone blowing loud. It's not like the volume levels of the built in speaker.

It looks like there are still issues with the external DAC in version 20180924. I'll provide more details after I troubleshoot some more.

I actually have two DACs that both use the same series IC. The one you may be familiar with is made by Andrew over at BackOfficeShow. I'm working right now but when I finish up for the day I'll do more testing and give ya more information to help troubleshoot the issue.
