There is no code here, where is it?

I have not added the code yet because it has gone through one overhaul already and there is another major change taking place very soon to its core organization. It is not in a pretty state right now and I do not feel comfortable allowing access when it is clearly not ready for distribution. I also want time to write documentation but can do that after making the code available, so that is fairly low priority at the moment.
