Add indicator of selected VulnerabilityType and selected VulnerableApplication

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If we look at above images, we can see that there is no indicator that which VulnerableApplication is currently selected, neither there is no indicator which vulnerability type is selected.
Describe the solution you'd like
we should have a blue indicator like we have for "Level" so that user gets indication about the selections.
