Are a restart and an app relaunch not working?
I can't replicate that behavior with the latest GitHub release.

FWIW, I'm currently upgrading this to Swift 3.1, which will hopefully turn up errors that have gone unnoticed until now.

Edit: Also, try removing and re-adding your Twitter account in your System Preferences. While testing, I noticed that Twitter accounts registered in macOS can go stale, especially if they've been registered more than ~1 year ago. It's possible that TwitMin 0.3 doesn't even get to the accessing accounts part because it might have silently crashed.

Another edit: Please try the latest release, it might fix the problem you're experiencing.
