Name the management tool

Looking for an option that is easy to remember, relevant to the Samurai theme, and not confusing. Leading contenders are:
- sensei (teacher)
- tang (as in the back portion of the blade. also an orange drink ;)
- menuki (the decorative ornaments under handle wrapping)
- kaji (Japanese for swordsmith)
