Bot just hangs after a few question

I'm having this issue where the chat bot answers a few questions then stops responding. It shows nothing on the server as well.
Restarting the privategpt.py does not work, I have to reboot the server and ingest the data again for it to start working.
Anyone else has had this issue? Not too sure what's causing this and how to go about resolving it.
