Hey there! Thank you for providing such a tool, very cool!
Is it possible to switch the default language? I would really like to test in German.

Ideally you can upload documents in German and ask queries German, it should work. Are you mentioning about this or the frontend interface ?
I've ingested this document opendata-strategie-breg.pdf and got the following results: 
It does not look like I get deterministic results. I initially got an answer, that privateGPT is not able to handle German documents. (I did not make a screenshot thought) As seen from the screenshot it looks like something breaks but I don't get errors on any CLI. Also it does create German words, for another document/question I got this answer, which does not make any sense at all: Der "Modutell" in den Schülplädiungsforsturen
