Install Discord Bot Client Progress bar stuck.

Everytime i opened Discord Bot Client setup to download it, the progress bars keep stuck at one specific spot no matter how long i leave it there. This is my second time installing this since i deleted the last time, i tried unistalling everything related to the client. Nothing works. If anyone can please help, thanks.
