grunt sectv-build:sectv-tizen - 'www is not a valid directory'

I've tried going through the instructions multiple times, but every time when I try and compile a package I get the following error when I run grunt sectv-build:sectv-tizen:

java.lang.Exception: The specified directory(C:\TestApp\platforms\sectv-tizen\www) is not vaild

Before running build, I ran the prepare command which generated the content inside the platforms folder, but the issue still remains with the www folder.
