Clean up .deb generation

Since cargo-deb has now implemented adding folders as assets for .deb generation (cargo-deb/#5 in cargo-deb/#37), we can now remove a lot of entries in out Cargo.toml file and start using complete folders when needed. This will also reduce the potential errors when making packages.
We should also update the copyright line (2016 -> 2016 - 2018) and add the whole team.
