Matrix representation problem

Hello.
Using SereoMap to visualize gef files combined with rpi files, I found that expressions were generated in areas outside the slice of my sample, and I wondered why this phenomenon was happening?

Hello, maybe your image and expression matrix are not properly registered. You could confirm that and use StereoMap for manual registration. In addition, you could adjust to a higher resolution(bin20,50 etc.) to check whether this situation exists or consider experimental reasons.
