Have a mode that does not show IDs

Although having IDs is nice in a lot of cases, in other cases it's just a distraction that is too tied to the underlying XML. Having an optional flag to suppress showing the IDs would help produce more content-focused views.
Closing this as it's a duplicate of issue #34 (and currently being addressed in beta6)
