cleanup xslt logging output

remove debugging log messages (there were only two) that were printing out cybox object types.
add simple messages to show progress in major segments of stix-to-html
fixed in a848b18
log messages now look like this for each file that is processed:
identifying input...
DONE identifying input.
normalizing input...
DONE normalizing input.
creating reference...
DONE creating reference.
processing main...
DONE processing main.
