support cybox documents as input

Most of the logic for processing cybox content is here, so just make the stix-to-html stylesheet support cybox documents. This would eliminate the need to have two separate *-to-html projects with parallel code.
Confirmed fixed. Just use a cybox document as input, no configuration or setting parameters required.
