Similarity simlex and file name depending on time

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When several scripts / notebooks runs in the same repertory, the files created by the fetch datasets methods have the same names. An error occur (OSError: [Errno 116] Stale file handle) when the file has to be removed put had already been removed by another running method.

Naming the datasets files depending on the time of creation.
