Transfer repository to SFSafeSymbols account

I propose to transfer the repository to the new independent SFSafeSymbols organization. Especially with the new v3 release, I expect the popularity of this repo to grow and now seems like the right point in time to transfer ownership, emphasizing a commitment to maintain this repository independent from any private organizations.

According to the GitHub transfer guide, all links to the old repo will be redirected to the new address:

All links to the previous repository location are automatically redirected to the new location. When you use git clone, git fetch, or git push on a transferred repository, these commands will redirect to the new repository location or URL.
