Need Chrome/Firefox options(browser options/capabilities) in 'Open Test Browser' Keyword

I'm interested in functionality that solves a current problem or limitation in how CumulusCI works.
Does your feature request solve a current problem?
I am unable to use plugins/extension with browsers(chrome & firefox) in cumulusci keyword 'Open Test Browser'. Because of this reason, i am unable to use cumulusci in our project.
Describe the solution you'd like
I feel it is very important feature that should be available in cumulusci. I also require 'browser options' in cumulusci to customise browser capabilities, so that an Automation Tester can use all the selenium features in cumulusci.
Example: Installing plugins, incognito, change download directory, accept ssl certificate etc.,
