Make pulling data from "website" as default, also change name to 'glm'

I think BolideDataFrame should pull from the website by default without specifying a source. Pulling from the website was the original purpose of the tool.

Also, since there are numerous websites the data can now be pulled from, we should change the name to 'glm'. Also, "pipeline" should be changed to something like "glm_pipeline".
