add herbivory to detritivory ratio (D/H)

calculating herbivory requires being able to identify the primary producers. It is unclear if there is a reliable way to to infer a primary producer from the food web. Maybe we need to ask the user to identify this?
Could we simply determine this from the Lindeman Spine calculation?
