[ui5-multi-combobox]: focus is lost after time

Bug Description

Focus is lost after sometime when value state message is automatically removed

Expected Behaviour

Focus to remain in multi combobox

Probably it should be discussed with design team

Steps to Reproduce

1. Focus ui5-multi-combobox
2. Type A to display something
3. Wait a bit and press B to simulate filtering and to show validation error
4. Move focus to the value state message with arrow down
5. wait until the value state message is removed

I've discussed this with designers. The expected output would be to set the focus back to the input field, once the value state header is removed.
