My playstation Media Remote isn't detected, how can I add it to DS4Windows?

I have a playstation media remote that I wish to use with DS4Windows but it's not detected despite being a DS4 controller.

It is. It's got the classic playstation faces buttons, I can play games with it on the PS4, PS Remote Play even detects it as a controller and Steam does detect it as a DS4 controller too.
I already had this issue with a non standard DS4 controller (a fightpad) and someone here offered to add it to DS4Windows which now works perfectly and is implemented in the new versions.
This time, since it's not something someone else would want, I'd like to implement it myself if someone know how to and then just use that version for myself in order not to bother anyone.
Probably uses another vid&pid than the ds4 controller. You could see how to add that vid pid or force it on ds4windows. Cant remember atm how to do that,
