Your request for a PDB2Movie calculation has now finished execution. A download link is given below.
This link will normally remain active for 7 days but can also be removed by the system earlier. It is your
responsibility to start the download as soon as possible.

Your parameters are again appended below.

Please note that this service uses low priority compute cycles at the Scientific Computing Research Technology Platform
at the University of Warwick. The service is provided for free at the moment based on a low volume of such requests.

If you wish to use the service more often, please get in touch as explained on our PDB2Movie web pages.

If you use the results of this calculation in a commercial and/or academic output (such as a patent or a paper), please
remember to acknowledge our two papers

PS: It would be good if the files would also include a label whether they were generated by the production or the text server, i.e. advid or avdem. Maybe we use the pdb2movie and pdb2movie-test labels for that (so not to expose the advem/vid names to the public)?

The reason for the strange output is because I am currently working on it right now. I believe everything works except for the user's secret code, a small ammendment, then I shall start work on the database on advid and then make my pull request. The delete functionality for currently running scripts now works successfully though I will change front end to only show history or current requests soon.

Now added "http://" and domain before download link. CSC seems very busy at the moment, so my requests to test probably won't go through until over-night. Once this has been clarified, I will close this issue.

This has been fixed on the test server and is working in my latest pull request. I will close this bug.
