Adminer plugin for the automatic inclusion of an `adminer.js` file, if it exists, exactly like the inbuilt `adminer.css` detection.

Adminer and AdminerEvo automatically detect the presence of, and include, adminer.css. This plugin adds the same functionality for adminer.js. See the integration guide for plugins then add new AdminerDotJs to your list of plugins.
