The PowerShell scripts should be signed.

Many Windows system have enforced PowerShell script signing for security reasons.Additional information
Since EV certificates are very expensive, I would suggest using a free developer certificate so the user manually installs it to get the same effect for free.
This issue is stale because it has been open for 30 days with no activity.
This issue was closed because it has been inactive for 14 days since being marked as stale.
