[Bug]: Listpath not pulling

The problem
Attempting to run listpath to add the URL for the excluded apps, but it just uses the one from the installer path, even though the file is more up to date.
Any diagnostics i can do to see if the file is correct, the path is both an azure blob and a github but neither work.
What version of WAU has the issue?
1.19.2-4

Checking registry i can see the file is listed as the right URL
When running the update it doesnt alter the Excluded apps file, and its still the same even after leaving it a day to do its normal scheduled checks?
Seems to work with Github, now so lets close it
