Allow to check the status of the Omnichannel service per Department

We have a customer facing and issue in an Omnichannel App, it's related to the isOnline method.
Currently, it is not possible to check the status of the Omnichannel service per department, the method doesn't support this information. Therefore, it returns the status of the service regardless of the department, which provides a bad user experience.
We need to get it fixed ASAP, there is a PR that changes the Livechat.online
method on the Rocket.Chat repo, so we need to change it on the bridge methods too.
