Failed lightning network routing

I made a p2p transaction from Cashapp. All process was done but now I'm stuck in receiving the payment in sats, I've tried multiple wallets shown on wallets compatibility but everytime i'm getting "Failure reason: There are more routes to try, but the payment timeout was exceeded." How can i get the payment now ? what is the solution for this ?
